Family Album / photo sharing apps

Just wondering if anyone has tried any photo sharing apps with their families. I’m not really a Google fan, and not everyone in the family is an Apple user so can’t use iCloud sharing albums. I don’t want to share the baby on social media, and like the idea of a shared album because I don’t need to worry about bombarding people with photos of the baby, they can just check in when they want, and it’s easier for me as I don’t need to send pictures to multiple people and - just upload it once and everyone who wants to see the baby can. It seems secure, easy to use for the less technologically adept family members, can view photos on browser or app, and it’s free. But I don’t know anyone who has used it for their baby - though most of my friends use social media so maybe haven’t needed to.

I just send ocassional ones on WhatsApp. Nobody is interested in a fraction of the number of photos I take. No need to complicate it.

We bought my parents a Frameo digital photo frame that we load photos onto using an app ☺️

Judging by my parents’ enthusiasm about my pregnancy, and how my MIL excitedly shares every picture of of her great-niece and nephew with DH and me, even though we haven’t seen the kids for about five years I think they’ll want more than the occasional photo!
