Are you struggling with nausea and vomitting? They look like Petechiae which you get with strenuous coughing or vomiting/wretching caused by tiny blood vessels breaking

Agree with previous comment that looks like blood spots. I used to get them when I was particularly forcefully vomiting. Would usually be gone same day or next
