15 weeks shoulder pain

Hi, for the past couple of days I’ve had an almost constant, sharp pain at the top of my left shoulder and the left side of my rib cage. I’m 15 weeks.

Could this be pregnancy related or is it just a coincidence and I’ve slept funny or something?

I've suffered with a frozen shoulder throughout this pregnancy. It's been agony at times so I sympathise, I've found nothing that helps with the pain except for dihydrocodeine unfortunately
