Am I further along than I think i am?

Hi all,
So I had my period from the 1st-7th of August and took a pregnancy test on the 29th of August because I just had a feeling and it turned out to be positive- super happy because this is exactly what we were hoping for. It was a very strong positive, super dark line and showed up straight away. (I took 3 to be sure) My period was due around the 6th of September so I was positive a week before my period. This pregnancy also feels way more intense than my last and my symptoms (nausea, sickness, fatigue, acid reflux) came wayyy earlier too. So my question is could I be further along in my pregnancy than I think I am or be having multiples because I know you can get a stronger positive if having twins. I’ll also attach images of my tests.

I got my positive very early and yep I was four weeks ahead of what I thought on the first scan.
perfect period the month before (maybe in hindsight slightly lighter!)
you won’t know unless you have an early scan

I was 1 month ahead than I thought as I carried on having periods for the first couple of months. Only found out when I had a scan. Due date went from 27 July to 1 July

Eeek, that would mean I’m 11 weeks if I calculate it against the period before which was 1st July to 7th July. I haven’t even had a booking appointment yet! 11 weeks also lines up a bit more with my symptoms

@Pregnantanduncomfortable it is highly possible to have a bleed like a period and actually be pregnant. I'm 12 weeks now, but I got a positive test at 11DPO (very faint), but same day started bleeding. I bled for 7 days, but carried on testing and lines were getting darker. So it may be the case that you had a 'period', but could possibly have been pregnant? I guess only way to find out is to call the GP and explain, and hopefully they will refer you to the midwife quickly and sort out a scan to find out!
