I'm 25weeks pregnant with really bad cramps on a nights in legs struggling to sleep, how's other people finding their pregnancy?

I do have some minor cramps at night or when swimming too, but I am lucky enough that it is never gets too bad. I try to eat banana to keep potassium levels up. I am not sure if it helps anything
