Advice to calm my overactive brain! 🧠

Hey All - so long story short, last month i found out i was pregnant with a normal CB digital (which i know is a big thing anyway due to them not being as sensitive). Came up 1-2 weeks. The day after i started spotting, and again the day after. 3rd and 4th day i had a heavy flow so naturally assumed it was a chemical. Thinking this i just needed a cheap test to confirm it for me once bleeding had stopped. I brought a cheap £1 from the supermarket. Did the test, looked negative to me chucked it within 3/4 minutes. I have not been sexually active this month due to my head space and just not been in the mood for it tbh. I started feeling sicky 2/3 different times last week, just waves of sickness then disappeared at the most random times again not thinking anything of it. Anyway my period was due today, and i normally have period cramps and headaches… i have had zero symptoms.

Do we think theres a possibility I could still be pregnant from last month and the bleed i had although was heavy, could have been just an uncommon thing that’s happened? I am questioning myself with this test now. Terribly so. And on-top of that i’m extremely tired.

someone tell my brain to quit it please xxxx

It is not likely, but get a test to double check. Cheap tests are coming up quickly as positive especially as you progress with pregnancy, so it was very likely a true negative, but there are always false positive and negatives.
It could be possible that your cycle is a bit longer because of the chemical pregnancy and your period will come a bit later.

@BeLemonQuoter this was my initial thought process if i’m being honest like “oh maybe its just knocked my cycle slightly out”.
