Stomach bug in first trimester

Can anyone help me feel better about having a violent stomach bug at 11 weeks & 2 days. I was so ill all night & im so worried about the baby 😣 has anyone else had this and the baby been ok?

Honestly you'll be fine, I had noro in the first trimester and felt awful but the baby was fine. They're very safely tucked away in there!

I had bad noro in the first trimester. When the sickness hadn’t gone away after a week I figured something else was also at play, did a test and was pregnant. Baby was perfectly fine and I lost a fair bit of weight due to the noro at the start then baby taking up room later on.

I had an awful sickness and diarrhea bug in early pregnancy. I just had to stay hydrated and let it run its course. Baby was fine

@IVFBabyPea I was sick as a dog for 24 hours and pretty wobbly for a couple of days after. In fact I never really started feeling better until about 16 weeks as the morning sickness ramped up straight after being ill 😬
