Pain in pubis region

Hi,

I am 8 weeks pregnant and have some pain in my pubis region is this normal? It's like an achey pain and no pain killers needed as yet.

Yep I’m afraid
ask your midwife for a referral to physio and a pregnancy belt

I had this around 6-12 weeks, triggered by movement. I was told normal but check with the GP / midwife if you are worried!
