Cramping at 32 weeks

Has anyone else had this?
I don’t have any bleeding, it feels like period pains.
my lower back is also hurting a little.

Yep had cramps throughout and getting worse now at 38 weeks!

Oh really! Was it just at the front and did it make your back ache?

I have had cramping on and off since 30 weeks - a couple of times they have been very painful and required cocodamol and a trip to triage. Now 39 weeks and basically have some form of cramping daily now

Does yours just feel like a period cramp?

Yep just like period cramps.

I had exactly that from week 32 onwards, including back cramps. I was worried that I’d go into labour but nothing…I delivered a healthy full term baby last week. But if you’re unsure, always best to give triage a call.

Could be braxton hicks? Or ligaments stretching.
Probably nothing to worry about
