Early pregnancy bleed

Hi, so last week I got positive test and 1-2 weeks on clear blue. Everything fine but yesterday and today I been bleeding. So I’m 4 weeks & 3 days now. But I’m bleeding, not heavily I got no pains or cramps. I don’t think epac will see me this early but I did another clear blue and still saying 1-2 weeks. Surely it should go up to 2-3? As on Saturday I’ll be 5 weeks? I’m so so worried I’m experiencing a misscarriage or a Chemical pregnancy ? My partner just thinks it’s spotting and it’s normal. But I’ve never bled with my last two pregnancies . Has anyone else bled at this stage but still go on to have healthy pregnancies?

I have been in this position - it’s so worrying. I had bleeding (not heavy, but every time I went to the loo for a couple of days - red, not brown). I have also done the clear blue tests and had them be behind by a couple of days based on where I thought they should be. The thresholds are pretty large on them so they aren’t going to be spot on to the day all the time.

With this pregnancy I had brown spotting for a couple of weeks - they would only see me in the epu after a week of spotting provided I didn’t have other symptoms. But always worth a try!
