Hiya ❤️

So I had a CP last month, and then my body seemed to be ovulating (testing & discharge appropriate) so we made sure to get busy around that time.

Now my period was due on 4 days ago, I'm generally like clockwork, but I haven't had any of my usual period coming symptoms or anything. I've just been super tired recently 😴

I've been testing daily since my period hasn't shown up with cheapie strips (one red, one blue) but they've all been negative so far.

What should I do? For calculating my period I went from my first bleed from the CP, however I know that may not be fully accurate, but my periods are always 23 days from the start of the previous one.

I imagine my body is probably just a bit messed up and my period will come eventually, but was wondering if there's any advice to what I should do?

I never went to the GP about my CP, as when I had to cancel my scan that was booked in and midwife appointment it wasn't suggested to talk to anyone about it. So figured to not bother, plus it's so hard to just get an appointment these days.

I feel maybe peeps will say give it a week or two for my period and if it doesn't come maybe get an appointment? I've never missed a period in my life, with the exception of back when I had depo shots over 10 years ago.

I dunno I'm just a little confused. All I want is to get preggers 😔 but my age worries me, I'm 37 in October and we've been trying for over 6 months now. Last month felt like we finally got somewhere only to have it go away ❤️

I’m sorry to hear about your CP! As you’re over 35 you can get the ball rolling with your GP if you want to and they may be able to refer you, I’m sure for over 35 it is 6 months x

Hello, sorry to hear about your cp ❤️ sometimes after something like that your body takes a while to get back to normal. I had a mmc last year and my first cycle after the bleed stopped was a full 10 days longer than normal which is a punch in the gut because it gave me the false hope that I may be pregnant again 😓. Luckily it was only this way for one cycle and the next cycle returned to normal. Big hugs and I really hope you get your sticky one soon x

Thank you @Mrsttcno1 ❤️ I decided to fill in a form for my GP as they allow you to do that instead of try and book on the phone, and I was surprised to be given an appointment in a couple of weeks face to face for a chat ❤️ which might be a while away but gives me a chance to talk to their best female doctor there ❤️ best as she's helped me with MH issues before ❤️

And thank you @thejollytrolleydolly I hope my cycle goes back to normal like yours did 😊
