So how accurate are ultrasounds at determining the conception date ? I had sex with somebody January 13 only once he used pull out method after that I continue to have sex with the same person February 16 I believe I had a very light positive pregnancy test on February 21. I got that HCG level and it was 113 on March 18. I had got an ultrasound done and it showed me to be seven weeks four days with a due date of 1031. Could I be pregnant from January 13? Is that possible? Also I believe I had a period January 18 but I have PCOS so it’s irregular.

Yes one of those or the same man is likely the father.

Using the NHS due date calculator, if your last period was the 18th of January and assuming a 28day cycle, then your due date would be the 24th of October. So it seems highly unlikely you conceived on the 13th of January if your due date is the 31st of October - it’s a whole month out. You probably conceived mid February. Ultrasounds are not always accurate to the day, but a first trimester ultrasound is absolutely not going to give you a date a whole month wrong.

Your post is really confusing because there’s no punctuation - it reads like there’s only one possible father. What are the dates of sex with man A and man B? What date was your positive pregnancy test? What date was the ultrasound saying you are 7 weeks 4 days?

If you had a period on 18th Jan, it's far less likely you conceived on 13th Jan. Was the period normal? Eg not especially light

Dating scans are very accurate so it's highly unlikely that man #1 is the father

Pull out method of what? Getting pregnant !
It could be either to be completely honest as it's not an exact science on SME and ovulation / sperm survival

The easiest way to work out your approximate conception date is to start at your due date and count back 38 weeks.

In your case this works out around 8th Feb but bear in mind it's not uncommon for scans to be out by a few days either way and sperm can survive inside of you for up to 5 days!

The dates don't work out for the ex in January.

7 weeks 4 days before March 18 is January 25 if that helps.
