I’m currently 35 weeks with twins and have been monitored for my platelets dropping for the last few weeks. My last test was 10 days ago at 104. So not properly low yet but I’m worried about what will happen if they get to 80ish. I’m booked for a csection in 2 weeks and don’t want to have to be under general anaesthetic. What experiences have other people had with low platelets / what were the next steps ?
