HCG not doubling

Hey I'm about 6-7 weeks pregnant and had bleeding last week on Wednesday have had pinky discharge since also - anyway did a hcg blood test and in 48 hours my hcg went from 24185 to 33360
So did not even close to double - fourth baby so used to all the number don't think iv experienced this before?

Suspect Impending miscarriage?

Hm I'm not sure it's necessarily a bad sign. Maybe call the clinic that did the bloods? I know there's a point after which HCG does not double in a healthy pregnancy. Did they do a scan?
