Based on LMP I should’ve been around 10 weeks when I had my first US, but measured 6w2days. Everything looked good but no heartbeat. A follow up US this week to look for growth/heartbeat. They said it’s usually around 6w4days for a heartbeat. HCGs were ordered in the waiting period, first was 26,578 and 48 hrs later was 25,695. I’m very concerned and having a hard time holding onto hope. Advice?

Hi OP, I'm so sorry you're going through this. I think with measuring so far behind and the hcg dropping you need to prepare yourself for bad news.
I'm so sorry, I hope somehow it's not the case.

Scans can be difficult to interpret and easy to be out by a few days but unfortunately HCG draws are more cut and dry. If those are correct then it can't be a viable pregnancy as the numbers are declining. No doubt they will want to monitor what's happening but i would be preparing for bad news OP, I'm so sorry.

Morning OP,
I'm really sorry but I recently went through something similar and it turned out it wasn't a viable pregnancy.
I had prepared myself after the scan that this was likely the case & things naturally happened before my next scan.
If you aren't 100% sure on your dates it could be that your dates are incorrect & you aren't as far on as you thought. Hoping this is the case for you Flowers
