Badger notes appointments but no letter

Badger notes showed I’d been booked for my 12 scan appointment a week ago. My appointment is in less than two weeks and I haven’t had a letter yet. The appointment in the app doesn’t show any information about where I go, what department etc. Just the time and hospital.
Do you still get scan and appointment letters with badgernotes?

Hi! I had a letter through but saw the appointment on Badger first. It was for a time that I couldn’t make (out of the country), there was a phone number so I called to change it which was updated in the app but didn’t get any further letters. They don’t say much in the letter to be fair, just the name of the hospital and time.

I think it might depend on the hospital, I was under 2 hospitals (just something that always happens with the area I live in you get seen across the 2 local ones) and 1 hospital I got badger notes plus a letter, the other one was only ever on badger x

I'm in the same position! I've had 2 appointments added to badger but literally just the date and time, don't know what the appointments are for (assuming one is my scan) or even where they are! I'm thinking of calling my midwife's office on Monday to confirm as it's 24th on my badger app!

Ah ok thanks. Not thinking much of this badgernotes so far I must admit.

im fine with the 12 week scan one as I know where to go for that one as I’ve been before and it’s pretty obvious. But I have a high risk consultant appojntment at 17 weeks and that only gives the hospital and time and I have no idea where to go for that appointment. I get anxious about appointments and like to have all the info and know what to expect so I’m not liking this 😂 I was still expecting to get a letter but I suppose there’s still time.

It’s frustrating isn’t it. If I wasn’t familiar with the hospital from my first pregnancy I wouldn’t have a clue where to go. There’s no information! Just a hospital abbreviation and a date/time.

Totally agree OP I hate the Badger app! I had my baby 5 months ago and has endless issues with it either being not updated or updates incorrectly with someone else’s info, kept getting locked out of it, and then at some of my appointments the midwife couldn’t access it 😂 paper notes would surely be easier!
