LED Face smoother when pregnant

I bought a LED face and neck smoother which has led lights and vibrates, says in the leaflet inside box do not use while pregnant why would this be

It wouldn’t have been tested on pregnant women. There are ethical restrictions about what can and can’t be tested.

I think it because the change in hormones when pregnant make you prone to skin pigmentation. The LED light could trigger it.
