Normal for nausea to come and go?

I'm about 9 weeks pregnant first pregnancy in over 5 years TTC...have had nausea since about 5 weeks, some days it's really bad but then I'll have a day or 2 when I barely feel anything?
I get very anxious when I don't have the nausea but feel a bit lousy when I do so can't really win!
Is it normal for nausea to go on and off?
Should I worry if I don't have nausea some days?
I've had no unusual pain or bleeding and it's quite a while until my scan!

Very normal. I remember the feeling of relief on days where I felt normal (as well as the anxiety that someone is wrong), and then feeling like I’ve been hit by a bus the following day. Completely normal for it to fluctuate.

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Oh yes, I got nausea in waves. Completely normal for me. Most of the symptoms came and went as they pleased.

Thank you so much for your replies! ☺️ I think I am just over analysing everything and overly anxious after so long ttc, like I've read cramps can be normal but whenever I get any I panic too, will try and calm down a bit. Thanks again x

Best of luck with the rest of your pregnancy OP 😊

Vitamin B6 helps with nausea. If you take prenatal vitamins only on some days you can see that there’s a correlation. It’s very normal for the nausea to come and go.

Yes it definitely comes and goes. I'll have debilitating nausea and sickness one week then it will just disappear and I don't even feel pregnant for a few days!
I'm 12 weeks and it still keeps coming back (hoping it goes for good soon and I can enjoy the pregnancy 'glow' I keep hearing about)
