I know that you shouldn’t open the digital tests as they look different from a normal test, but I just couldn’t help myself, now I’m confused.
Can someone help me with what this means please?x

Hi OP, unfortunately it doesn't mean anything unless something was visible before you took the test apart.
I'd wait 48 hours and retest

It doesn’t mean anything. The result the test gave you is accurate right now. Test again in a few days x
