Chemical pregnancy - no bleed yet

Has anyone else experienced this? My period was due on the 28th of August. I did a pregnancy test on the 31st and it was a very faint positive. Second test a few days later was a bit stronger. Then test on 6th of September and two more tests after negative (not even a faint line).

I assume it's a chemical pregnancy but I haven't had a bleed yet, not even spotting. I feel fine. Don't have any pregnancy symptoms. Twice have had twinges on the right side but nothing bad at all (thought period was coming).

I contacted my GP for an appointment as I was concerned about ectopic pregnancy but they were less than helpful and suggested I go to a walk in clinic for a scan. The one closest to me is horrendous and I would be waiting hours and having to take time off work.

I have endometriosis and a blocked fallopian tube which is what concerns me. But if it's normal and I will just bleed when my next period is due I won't feel as concerned.

Thank you for replying. There is an EPU near me (they were lovely when I was pregnant a few years ago) but you have to be referred by the GP.
