Currently 8.5 weeks second pregnancy. I've had some nausea very similar to how I felt last time but also such an upset stomach/ trapped wind/ indigestion. Did anyone else's pregnancy nausea manifest that way? Any tips on how to manage.

Currently on lots of Rennies and redbush tea. I have to eat to help with nausea but can't eat big meals.

Sip water or let ice cubes melt in your mouth. Keep hydrated. That's your main task.

I have to admit I got to the point where tap water made me sick. Then I got to the point where filtered water made me sick.

After a spell in hospital because of it, I nibbled on things like lettuce and cucumber. I found that hummus and crackers kind of worked.

Good luck. Don't be brave. Every pregnancy is different.

Mine has been so much worse this pregnancy than first time round (both girls).
This time the sickness and nausea is extreme and sudden with projectile vomiting. Also got terrible heartburn and on/off diarrhea.
I'm almost 12 weeks now, just praying it starts to subside soon

Its the bloating/ wind which is a new one for me but I suppose every pregnancy is different!

Yes the bloating is crazy, I've looked pregnant since about 6 weeks because my belly is so bloated! It's very uncomfortable

In the same boat and have been for about 3 weeks now. It really is awful!

Rennie Deflatine Is a life saver for the trapped wind and bloating.

keep a good diary and see which foods make it worse. I found that dairy made my symptoms much worse.

I hope you feel better soon ❤️

@MeggggsssTTC I will do that! Rennies a godsend!

Drink as much as possible. Porridge refuses to come up. Eat when you feel sick, little and often.

Try some peppermint tea instead of red bush. It's great for gut issues (ibs sufferer but also 26 weeks pregnant) x
