Brown discharge when I wipe for over a week (6/7 weeks pregnant) need solidarity and a sense check
It’s your anxious pal here again!
So some of you may have seen my post from last week - I’ve been having some pale red and brown discharge when I wipe, not always, for over a week now. It started last Monday (2nd September) and hasn’t come with heavy cramps etc. I’ve been spooked. I was referred to EPU due to shoulder pain prior to my discharge issue. They did a repeat ultrasound on Friday (5th September) to confirm that everything was ok, and we saw a tiny lil thing attached to a yolk sac that had a flutter (heartbeat). They checked the rest of my ultrasound to see if there were any issues, told me everything was normal and sent me on my way.
However, the discharge has now lasted over a week. I’m currently on my first ever walking holiday in the Lakes and am riddled with anxiety, but worried about coming across as silly.
My next scan is on the 19th for my early 8 week scan (I’m diabetic) and I’m so so scared that it’ll all have ended. The negative brain in me is just preparing for the heartbreak, which I honestly think my husband will feel a hundred fold. I just don’t know what to do?
