Hi team!
So I've noticed over the last week or so I've been getting some mild sciatica like pain if I'm on my feet for a long period of time. I've also noticed if I fall asleep on my back, my thighs are numb when I wake up which I've NEVER had until I was pregnant.
My midwife said she has never heard of the numb thigh thing which surprised me but said it could be related to sciatica. She said the only thing they can do with sciatica is physio. I'm just concerned that if I'm getting it this early, it's just gonna get worse. Is anyone experiencing/experienced this? Any tips?
