Should I phone?

I’m 19 weeks with twins. Third pregnancy.

Last night we had a takeaway pizza and today I woke up with abdominal cramps and needed to poo twice. No vomiting (I haven’t ever vomited in adulthood). Felt really shaky and off. DH the same (we shared) but more mild and he’s been fine since this morning.

All day my stomach has been really sore. It’s not really cramping - more constant. It’s a lot worse if I try to eat so I’ve given up on that. I’m fat so have plenty of reserves!

I am hydrated (judging by urine) and haven’t needed to poo again. I feel nauseous occasionally and have very little energy.

I can feel the babies moving as usual. Do I need to phone for advice? I’m sure they’ll just tell me to stay hydrated (which I am).

I can’t say I’m worried but I guess I just don’t know if doing nothing is the right thing? 20 week scan is scheduled for Friday.
