I’m 7 weeks pregnant and have lost my appetite. I don’t think I am eating enough throughout the day especially at lunch I’ve been eating small bits of fruit and that’s it. I just don’t feel like eating but I have breakfast and dinner and taking pre natals. Just want to make sure I’m doing everything right and don’t want to cause any risks by not eating enough. Been drinking plenty of water and ginger tea. Anyone any advice?

Eat small and super regularly. I know you don't feel like eating but you have to my love. If fruit is what you can manage just keep at that and hopefully the loss of appetite passes soon! I found crackers like Ritz and fruit the easiest to push through

You do what you can to get through the first trimester! With nausea, sickness, food aversions, heightened sense of smell etc it's really common to go off your food. The most important thing is that you are drinking plenty and not getting dehydrated.
If you can only manage a dry cracker or a couple of salted crisps, no problem!
Don't worry about a nutritious diet at this stage, just nibble little bits as and when you can.
First trimester is brutal!

I'm 11+2 and have good days and bad - today was a bad one, I managed one dry cracker this morning, at lunchtime I was throwing up but had nothing to bring up so it was just dry wretching and bile. Sorry for TMI. I haven't managed much the rest of the day......a handful of mixed nuts and 2 bites of melon and that's me calling it a day today. Hoping for better tomorrow

I had a plate of curry and been munching on crisps tonight. Eat breakfast every morning. Nausea has put me off eating big meals

Small amounts little and often are far easier to keep down than big heavy meals!
