Hi all

I wonder has anyone experienced similar. I am currently 4 weeks and 1 day . Last night I had a small but very red bleed followed by a tiny amount of brown discharge today which stopped by noon. I never bled on a pregnancy before - 3 children . I had one chemical pregnancy but the bleeding never stopped . Test still quite a strong bfp but can’t shake the feeling something is off. I’ve had mild cramping over a week now which I don’t remember with the others. Shouldn’t implantation be over by now ?
Any similar stories and outcomes welcome . Just looking for some advice while I wait to see what happens !!

Hello if you contact your doctors they should call the hospital to get you booked in for an early scan

Thanks for the comment. I remember during my chemical they told me to wait and see what happens then took me for bloods so I know they probably won’t look at me this early unless concern of ectopic or something.

It's very common to have bleeding in early pregnancy, it doesn't really mean anything either way. A scan really is pointless at this point unless there is concern the pregnancy is in the wrong place eg severe pain. Just see how things go, even if they scan you there is nothing they can do at this point to change the outcome. A scan before 8 weeks can offer a lot of false reassurance - most miscarriages happen between 6-8 weeks. Solidarity, the first trimester is hideous in terms of the anxiety. Hope all goes well for you.

I know it’s just a waiting game I guess ..
