Hi all,

Looking for some advice.

I’m currently 13/14 do and took a Sainsbury’s early test this afternoon which surprisingly showed up positive (within the timeframe).

I say surprisingly because I took an FRER this morning which was stark negative.

In my shock I took the second Sainsburys test straight after (probably a stupid idea as this meant new urine as first lot had already been dumped) and got a stark negative!

I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced false negatives with the Sainsbury’s tests? I know the second Sainsbury’s test could be negative because of dilution but I just feel like I’m far enough along where the test line should be stronger?? I’m well versed in indent lines and it just doesn’t seem like one as it’s thicker with colour!

I’ve attached a picture. The top one is the first test - it’s pinker in real life.

Any advice would be welcomed, TTC for around 18 months now.

Hi OP, not used those tests before but I don't think anyone can answer this for you.
All you can do is wait a few days to allow any hcg to increase and retest with FMzu.
Good luck
