im a bit horrified by how much the sofa and I have become one since breaking my foot - I’m still chasing and carrying an incredibly active three year old so I’m not totally stationary but it’s still not ideal. I’m below the rrecommended weight gain currently so conscious I don’t want to be burning calories - just keeping muscles and flexibility !
Used to do lots of yoga and walking in my last pregnancy but I’m not sure how balanced I’ll be in a boot and don’t want to risk a tumble.
Solo parent so will need to be something I can do with my little one. We do swim but at a toddler pace!
