Sneezing and tummy pain

Hey everyone,

Everytime i sneeze it seems to make my whole bump shudder and it a really odd sensation is this normal?

I think it's round ligament pain, I'm pregnant and whenever I feel a sneeze coming I try to tuck my belly/pelvis in if that makes sense which makes it far less painful...
