Have I hurt my baby with a cold body mask?

I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant with my first much longed for miracle. After 4 miscarriages it's surreal to have come this far.
I'm going to sound crazy but yesterday I was shopping and seen a body mask that you put on your stomach to avoid stretch marks. I was going to have a little bit of a pamper night so bought one (I have attached the picture of what I used).
After having a bath putting fresh bedding on etc I got the mask out and put it on my stomach.
When I put it on the mask was really cold initially I left it on for around 2 minutes before I panicked.
I've now been crying, panicking ever since that I've done something really bad and the shock of the sudden cold mask has damaged my baby💔

No mask, no matter how cold, would change your body core temperature at all. Your baby will be fine, please don’t stress.

Even the likes of Deep Heat and Deep Freeze have been tested scientifically and only cool down/heat up the first 4 layers of skin. Nowhere near muscles or insides.

You’re fine.

It's literally called a baby bump mask?
