First pregnancy 3 years ago, extremely sick from week 6-16, & then again from 30 weeks onwards

I am 9 weeks pregnant & have just been waiting for sickness to set in but it hasn't. I have been fatigued but otherwise miles away from my last one

is it possible to have 2 healthy pregnancies this different? I had a scan at 8 weeks where heartbeat was seen etc, but i just worry

Every pregnancy can be very different. I only got very strong morning sickness in my final pregnancy. The others I had done waves of mild nausea but nothing major.

I also had different food cravings in each pregnancy.

Please don't let it worry you!

I had the same- to the point I was in tears I was going to miscarry the second. I didn't and went on to have a very easy pregnancy and birth. Bizarrely, when I came to breastfeed I didn't leak from the boob I wasn't feeding from (unlike first time). I wonder if your body just adjusts to the hormones better second time.

oh and both same gender!

Yes, I was the same.

Of course it is. I had horrendous morning sickness with the first, nothing with the next two. All very healthy.

That's how it was for me. First pregnancy was horrendous, there were times I felt like I was dying. Second was a dream - no symptoms, no sickness, nothing. I had a panic around 16 weeks before first scan (first scan should have been 12 weeks but hospital was back-logged) that I might not even be pregnant or might have miscarried and not known. All was well. It was a wonderful pregnancy, definitely made up for the horror of the first one!

Mine started so early with first born, it started really bad at 12 weeks with my second. Third baby barely any. All boys.

Yes, very normal for pregnancies to be completely different - I'm extremely jealous. 11 weeks pregnant with 2nd and just had to sprint in the house to be sick. Again.

I vomited every day of my first pregnancy right up to labour and delivery. Second pregnancy not so much as hint of heartburn but i had gestational diabetes so was eating a completely clean diet. Could have been the difference
