Since testing BFP on Wednesday , I feel like I am dying. Massive tiredness, nausea, hot flushes and the squits

Is this normal at 4 weeks and if so, at what point will I feel able to function?

Maybe 42 weeks if you're lucky!

No seriously, firstly congrats on the BFP

I have found the first 4-6 can be the worst, but others find from 6 week+ the worst, it is different for everyone.

If you do feel as bad as you say, I think a trip to the GP's may be on the card's, you may be low on iron, or even have a bug.

Hope you feel better soon

You do tend to feel pretty crap in the first 12 weeks. The suits sounds like you might have a bug though.
