Pregnancy with endometriosis

I tested positive today. I am 4 week 3 days. I have one cyst in my left ovary, my tubes are allright as i had hsg test. Today i felt an unknown pinch type ache in my lower abdomen where the uterus is. Sometimes the ache is in left side. But mostly it is in my uterus. I'm going to visit my doctor in this week. But am afraid something might be worng. Can anyone share their experience?

Congratulations! I felt all types of strange stomach feelings between 5-6 weeks so sounds like it should be okay! It might be the egg attaching to the lining. I felt twinges, pinches, and almost like a ‘stretching’/pulling sensation too.

Probably implantation. I had the same. Very normal
