Clear blue from 1-2 to 3+ in a week

Hi,

Has anyone else had where they've gone from 1-2 on a Clearblue (first urine of the day both times) to 3+ within a week?
I took my first Clearblue last Saturday, and it was 1-2, I was getting quite faint lines on standard tests.
Over the past week my symptoms have skyrocketed and my standard test lines are very dark now. I did my second Clearblue digital yesterday morning, so 7 days exactly since the first digital and it came up quite quickly with 3+

Is this a good sign? My HCG must be rising quickly which is good. I'm just wondering when to book an early reassurance scan, ideally 6+ weeks, but given I have such irregular periods I think I may hold off another week just to be certain.

I know I sound quite anxious. It's just I was told I'd need IVF to get pregnant and then this happened very unexpectedly so I am quite shocked! Thank you

Those are very strong positives looks like your levels are increasing rapidly which is very good news- after 7 days you'd expect the rest date to increase if I remember rightly 3+ is 4/5 weeks x

I'd say good news! You were probably just on the 'cusp' of the tests each time. I'd honestly recommend waiting til 8 weeks for a private scan. It gives a buffer in case you're measuring a bit behind, and if everything is looking good at 8 weeks, with a heartbeat, your miscarriage risk is less. Decent private scan places should only offer from 8 weeks anyway.

I second the scan advice o had to have early ones due to complications and honestly until they can see the heart beat and fetal pole at 8-9 weeks they are not reassuring at all.
