Hello I am really concerned about pains I am having and the brown discharge I am having I'm 11 weeks today the pain is so bad like I'm having a really heavy period type pains and now I'm having really unusual discharge I have been very stressed this pregnancy as had loads going on please can any one tell me if this has happened to them I have a emergency scan tomorrow 9th September and it's my first one the doctors don't rush where I live so not even had my first midwife appointment :( will attach picture đź’”
