Losing bits of mucus plug

I'm in my 32nd week and everyday always at the same time (mornings) I notice a bit of my mucus plug in my underwear. This has been going on for the past 3 days. It only happens once in the day and oddly at the same time and then it's a dry again. It's definitely my mucus plug because it's jelly like and a brownish and a little blood stained (I also remember losing my whole plug in one go with my first born so I know what it looks like). The first day it happened I got myself checked and they said the cervix was still long. Now it's been another 2 days of it. Im sure it's nothing and just maybe repairing or regenerating if it's small amounts?

It can regenerate, but I've read that if it has tinges of blood in it then you should contact triage. I know you've been checked out once but may be worth at least calling them again and explaining? X
