I'm 8 weeks 1 day and took a test to check if everything was okay and Im not getting as strong as tests as I thought?

I have been off work I've been that sick and the last two days I haven't been sick at all so I tested and would have thought I'd have proper dye stealers at this stage.

We got a scan at 7 weeks and everything was 100%. Healthy baby with heartbeat etc.

I did a digital and it's saying 3+ still.

No cramps or bleeding.

Moat likely 'the hook effect' where your HCG gets too strong for the test. I've read that people dilute their urine with water and retest and the line comes back stronger again :)

Though personally I stopped testing at 5 weeks as I didn't want to cause myself more stress and worry about the lines - they don't really mean anything at your stage!

You've just had a scan and everything was ok. No cramps or bleeding so no I wouldn't worry. I wouldn't keep testing either, it's been confirmed you are pregnant. You're just going to worry yourself. Good luck with your pregnancy 🤰🏼

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

The tests don't work properly after a certain amount of time so do yourself a favour and don't test again.

Hopefully just a hook effect 🤞
Watered down the same sample and got a dye stealer.
