Hi, I took a cheap pregnancy test today (freedom) and I had a very faint line but after checking online i saw that it’s common for those tests to give a false positive, I then got a boots early test to try and confirm and that had a white indent in which I could see before I took the test so could this be another false positive? 😂 I’m stressed, I am having period pains and back aches - due today (i think)

They both look like early positives to me. Both of the tests lines show colour which is a good sign.

I used these tests when I got my BFP but this was after my period was already late by a few days so was a stronger line. I can see a line on both but the first one is a bit clearer :)

Boots early tests always worked the best for me! Loved them

Thank you all for replying, I took another brand of tests, the boots strip ones which I’ve always found reliable and I feel like I can still see a line..

@misscpj I can see it too. When is your period due?

misscpj · 06/09/2024 18:47

@readyforroundthree My flo app said yesterday but my other app said today so I’m thinking it was today or yesterday, I did test yesterday and it was negative ! I only tested because I had period pains the last couple days but no period, so I was just sceptical because yesterday the test was negative :/ this is it dried now

Hard to say really.

@misscpj I can see very faint lines on all those tests so I would suggest waiting 48 hours and testing again. It's a difficult one because you may have ovulated or implanted later which is why tests are super faint or it could be a chemical. You won't know until you wait a few days, which I know is easier said than done.

Hi, I did my last test this morning, I’ve got bloods tomorrow to confirm and try and work out some dates but it’s looking like I’m definitely pregnant and it’s progressing x
