Currently 6 weeks 3 days , first pregnancy 10 months after losing my twins at 29 weeks last year.

Had a scan yesterday. Baby had a good heartbeat.

For the past two weeks I've been dry wrecthinf, vomiting each morning. Random nausea during the day. This has been every day.

Today absolutely nothing, no nausea no sickness. Bar tender boobs I don't feel pregnant. I'm so worried the baby is gone, they something is wrong. I've another scan Tuesday but I'm worried.

I had some mild nausea when pregnant, but not for very long, after which I basically had no symptoms at all (no kicking, no bump etc) for about five months.

I totally understand your anxiety and I'm glad you've got another appt on Tuesday. Unfortunately there's nothing you can do apart from sit with the anxiety until then.
Try to focus on looking after yourself and getting rest.
I'm sure everything will be fine.

Thank you both. I can't stop worrying.

Please don't worry, it's completely normal for symptoms to come and go and doesn't tell you anything about your baby

I know you're going to worry all weekend (I was terribly for worrying during my pregnancies due to previous loss) but try to do some things to take your mind off it eg go to the cinema or go out for a nice meal - something to immerse yourself in

Thank you, I'll have to do something nice. It's so hard not to worry

My symptoms disappeared around 4-6weeks (they had been really bad from day 1!) Kicked back in and now I’m nearly 12 weeks and they are horrendous. I know it’s really worrying and I was super anxious after previous loss but they can come and go in the first trimester. Hope everything goes well for you on Tuesday xxx
