PLEASE READ I NEED HELP X

So I am really going through it currently and just would like to see if anyone been through this or have any advice for me please.

So I recently found out I was pregnant on 19th August and had faint lines as the days progressed for the first week I was coming up NOT pregnant on clear blue tests and then finally come up Pregnant 1-2 on the 22nd August and went for bloods on 22nd too I had my results for them on the 27th August which come back I was Pregnant with HCG levels at 13.

On the 28th August I started bleeding brown discharge which I got told was normal and could implantation bleeding. I then bled red fresh blood on the 30th August ( no clots came out ) which I was told unfortunately could be miscarriage.I went to the hospital and they looked into my cervix and they told me the cervix was closed which it should be when I’m pregnant. So I booked private scan on 1st September which they told me pregnancy is unknown location. That could be for 3 reasons I’m really early so they can’t see anything, ectopic (which I’m in no pain) or miscarriage. So I settled with I had unfortunately had miscarriage until….

On Tuesday (3rd September) I had called form hospital asking me to come urgently for repeat bloods as my bloods from the hospital on 30th August was 13 and they hadn’t gone up or down so baby could be stuck and I may have to treatment for me to get baby out. Until they rang me yesterday and said my hcg levels had risen by 13 and are now 16 and they are now going to leave me for 2 weeks to see what my body is deciding to do and see if they have risen anymore in 2 weeks .

I am loosing my mind all this waiting what does everyone think please.

I feel like I could of wrote this myself, I didn't want to read and leave, I hope you get a good outcome, I also found out I was pregnant kept getting faint lines and not pregnant on a digital test, had bloods done at the hospital on Tuesday to be told they are at 14 and to expect a period like bleed as they are so low. I had brown/pink spotting Wednesday and Thursday. I did a clear blue test and a digital clear blue test last night positive and pregnant 1-2 weeks. I have repeat bloods being done this morning so waiting to see what they come back as.

This did happen to me (brown bleeding, slowly rising/stagnant HCG levels) and it was indeed a small ectopic, I didn’t need any treatment to clear it I just bled for about 8 weeks. Conceived a healthy pregnancy aboit 4 months later.
With bleeding and a low rising HCG this is unlikely to be a successful pregnancy.
I did have HCG done every couple of days tho until it started to dip. I don’t think I’d be happy being left 2 weeks.

I had this a few years ago where my hcg was rising but very slowly, but they could never locate the pregnancy on the scan. I had bloods done every 2 days for 2 weeks, until it started to dip. I still wasnt bleeding though even though my hcg was going down. I was eventually diagnosed with a pregnancy of unknown location (PUL) and was given methotrexate to end the pregnancy.
I really hope it's a better outcome for you, just wanted to share my experience x
