Cramps and so uncomfortable at night?

Hi!

Just after some reassurance and advice really. I'm currently just under 11 weeks pregnant and over the past few days I've had some really sharp stabbing pains and some like aching cramps. Last night was so restless and uncomfy, my tummy is so achy and the aches are kind of travelling down my thighs. Has anyone had this? They're like period cramps and I'd say they're uncomfortable rather than painful. I have no bleeding and I'm on progesterone too!

I am also 10 weeks and experiencing this too every night the same time it's scary

12 weeks and I've had very similar. At night I use a pillow for support which helps a little
