Hello,

Last night I made the decision, that for my own health and the health of my baby, I should start sertraline. I took this while pregnant with my daughter and it got me through my pregnancy. I waited until after the first trimester and did a lot of fact finding beforehand.

I am only on a 25mg dose but also take doxylamine and pyridoxine for sickness, which again I double checked I could take together.

I am only on 25mg but after the first tablet, the nausea was horrendous and ended up throwing my entire dinner up hours later. I was unable to sleep due to the jitters, and felt like I was drunk, like the world was moving slowly around me. I also had a loose bowel motion - it was awful and I will not be taking sertaline again until my morning sickness no longer is bad enough for medication.

I am so so worried I have harmed my baby. Any reassurence much appreciated
