Hello, so my husband has bought the Nuby Sleep By Me crib (link here) for our little one, but I don't like how thin the mattress is nor the fact that it's 100% polyester. I want to replace it with something like the Green Sheep Natural Crib Mattress (link here), but none of them are designed for the specific crib my husband bought - I think the chicco Next 2 Me crib is the closest match, but I'm not sure.
Has anyone else bought the Nuby Sleep By Me and replaced the mattress with one designed for another crib, like the Chicco Next to Me? Please let me know how it went. There are tons of alternative mattresses on Amazon too, but none designed for this specific crib!! It's so frustrating as they seem to be one for every other similar brand!!
All of these warnings about changing mattresses are super scary, but I know I want my baby to have a more comfortable mattress. The Nuby one could be replaced by cardboard and it would make little difference - it's just so thin. Any advice?
