Random bleed / brown smudge...what's happening

Hey, I am 7 weeks pregnant. I have had some random bleeding, it's not consistent bleeding, it seems to be one wipe and nothing, I had this 5 times over the course of a week and it has now stopped. Since the bleed has stopped I seem to have a light brown smudge, it's very light and again, after a wipe it's gone. I have an emergency scan tomorrow but I'm worried as I have lost 4 babies prior and had 1 preterm baby. Has anyone has anything like this before? Thanks so much xxx

Looks like implantation bleeding and old blood just test when it's stopped x

Have you got progesterone? I think they recommend it now for pregnancies that have bleeding after a previous loss. I've had bleeding and had the pregnancy be fine but I'd definitely ask about progesterone if I were you.

No heart beat

I'm so sorry to read this 😔 Bleeding doesn't always mean the worst as it is, (scarily as it does obviously make you work) pretty common it seems.
Did they say it could be as it's too early to hear the heartbeat or did the conclude the baby has passed?

@ccat1234 might be too early yet to pick up heart beat if was implantation bleeding you would only be like 4/5 weeks pregnant x

Unfortunately there was no heart beat. I have had to have a medical miscarriage at home, it was excruciating and unfortunately it did not work, I ended up being admitted to hospital after haemorrhaging and having to have a D&C under general. It's been an awful experience, I am still in pain and discomfort.

Aww bless you hope you are feeling OK I can remember when I miscarriaged it wasn't nice and was in so much pain too and cried every night wondering what I did wrong and my body no good I kept saying but you will pull through and keep positive x sending hugs x there is hope on the other side I just give birth to my rainbow baby x just keep positive x
