12w dating scan

Hi! I had my dating scan today and I would be 12 weeks exactly based on the first date of my last period. However, the baby was measuring larger at 12w6d so they amended my due date so that it's 6 days sooner than expected. This may be a silly obvious question but does this now supersede my previous week tracking? Meaning tomorrow instead of being 12w1d, I will in fact be 13 weeks?

Yes it does. Even if you are an IVF pregnancy or know your conception date (weird I know). But given that due date is a five week window it doesn't change much anyway.

Yes they go off the dating scan now so you are classed as being 13 weeks tomorrow.
