Brown Discharge at 5/6 weeks - anxiety

I’m 6 weeks since last menstrual period, probably 5w and a few days pregnant. I’ve been seen by EPU already as I had really bad back pain last week, and they confirmed that at 5w2d since LMP my HCG was 1982 and 5w4d was 4062. They did a scan but it was too early to be sure, they were almost positive it was IUP and they think they saw a gestational sac, I have a follow up scan on Friday.

However, today, I have had some brown watery discharge. My anxiety symptoms are at their worst. I don’t know what to do with myself 😔 I’m pretty sure if I tell the EPU they’re say unless it’s red or heavy with clots, I have to wait til Friday.

I’ve not had any nausea etc but have had sore breasts on and off and nipple changes.

Has anyone gone through anything similar? My mental health is pits.

Obviously I can’t say what might be causing the discharge but it is very very common in early pregnancy. I had brown discharge ranging from light watery to very dark/reddish in both my pregnancies and everything was fine. I also never had any nausea at all in either. I know it’s easy to say from the other side but try not to worry because you have no control over the outcome no matter how many scans you get.
