Large yolk sacs at 7 weeks - is this bad?

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can help, I'm having a wobble this evening!
Long story short, we've had 4 previous miscarriages. We're pregnant again, this time with twins. We're 7 weeks 2 days (IVF pregnancy).
At our early pregnancy scan today, the yolk sacs seemed quite large. One was 5.5mm with 9.4 CRL and the other 4.5mm with 10.2 CRL. CRL measuring at 7 weeks which is fine.
I was casually googling (yes I know, worst thing to do!) and now im driving myself mad thinking the yolk sacs too large and another loss is coming. Does anyone have any advice on this? Xx

Congregations! Did they see hb when they did the scan? Did the sonographer mention a need to be worried?

@whateveryouwantmetosay thank you, we're nervous to celebrate at the moment in case we have another loss.

They did see both heartbeats, the one with the larger yolk sac was 159bpm. I'm going to call the EPU today and ask about the size, as the IVF clinic have been pretty bad at explaining things 🙈 have spent all night worrying!
