Freaking out

Hi ladies.. so I'm 8 weeks pregnant but bn havin issues and bleeding.. had a few scans.. but on my scan 2day there seemed to be something extra on the screen... from x to x is the Baby's measurements... but what's the little circle below it?? Could it possibly be baby number 2?? Or somethin else???

What did the sonographer say?
Pretty sure they would have told you if they thought it was twins

Dey never mentioned anything.. but curious to know wat it might be 🤔

Is it maybe the yolk sac which baby feeds from until the placenta has formed? I could see mine on my 10 wks scan

Oh maybe.. I have a 19yr old.. but didn't have my 1st scan until 13 weeks with him, so der wasn't anythin else visable at dat time.. but I've had 2 previous miscarriages 1 at 16 weeks and 1 at 7 weeks, but don't recall seein dat on my early scans with them..

It's probably the yolk sack. The sonographer would have said if there was 2!

Looks like the yolk sac to me.

This is my 8+2 scan..... baby is x-x (upside down so head at the bottom x) and the circle at the very bottom under the head I was told was the yolk sac
