When did everyone tell their employer they were pregnant?

I told my manager when I was about 6 weeks as I felt so awful, I needed to work from home and I wanted to be honest. She knows I had a miscarriage last year and she was very nice then, so I was happy to share it early. Told HR official at 25 weeeks, and rest of my colleagues.

I’m also 6 weeks. I’m the 4th person in the team that’s pregnant and my boss was off on annual leave for 2 weeks. He came back and went ‘what have I missed? No one is pregnant are they?’ I haven’t told him yet but I have an early pregnancy scan on Friday as I was having on and off spotting. I want to make sure the pregnancy is viable and I might tell him after the appointment. I’m so nervous now he had made that comment. I’m wondering does he suspect?
