.. so I've been asked to go back in 4 weeks just to make sure it's still within the 'ok' bracket.

I don't actually know what this means though, has anyone else had this low measurement? If it falls out of the 'ok', what does that mean will happen?

The scanning lady said she wasn't worried and that it's just protocol to check again in a month, so I'm not yet in an early grave, but you know how it is!

Haven't had this issue myself and know nothing lolliepopmother but thought I'd give you a bump.

I hope it turns out to be a storm in a teacup.

I'm going back in 4 weeks because the cerebral ventricles (brain) are at the upper end of normal. It is the sonographer being cautious. I know it is hard but don't speculate, it will just make you feel stressed out. If like me, everything else was normal then I'm assuming (hoping) the likelihood of any problem is still low.

Yes Petit, everything else was fine, and as the lady said, the tummy measurement was within the normal bracket but just to the lower end.

I know I should speculate, you're right. I'm now trying not to think about it at all, although the whole packet of biscuits I just comfort-ate tells another story!

I'm sure both of our scans will be fine next time we go.
